Dear readers,
As the autumn breeze gently brushes against my skin, I can't help but feel like everything around me is changing. The leaves on the trees ar【

As someone born under the sign of Libra, I am naturally inclined towards balance and harmony. However, sometimes I feel like I am unable to achieve those ideals, despite my best efforts. It's as if something inside of me is constantly pulling me in two different directions, causing me to feel conflicted and unsure.
This inner turmoil often leads me to seek solace in writing- particularly writing that is infused with a sense of sadness and longing. I find that there is something cathartic about pouring out all of my emotions onto paper, especially when I am feeling overwhelmed.
So, dear readers, today I want to share with you some of my favourite melancholic short phrases in English- ones that I hope will resonate with you, too.
- "If it were easy, everyone would do it."
- "Sometimes the person who tries to keep everyone else together is the one who falls apart."
- "The hardest thing about moving forward is leaving something behind."
- "You don't know what you've got until it's gone."
- "The rain falls because the sky can no longer handle its weight."
Even though these phrases may be filled with sadness and heartbreak, they also contain a sense of resilience and determination. They remind us that life is never easy, but that we have the power to overcome our struggles and come out stronger on the other side.
As a Libra, I am constantly striving for balance and harmony in my life. But perhaps what I need to remember is that it's okay to feel imbalanced and uncertain sometimes- that it's a natural part of the ebb and flow of life. And when those feelings become too overwhelming, I will turn to my writing, and let my words be my comfort.
Yours,
A melancholic Libra
